In April 2020, the COVID-19 Pandemic created an opportunity for Cadence Partners to use its access to senior leaders to join the fight against COVID-19. The mission was simple: to tap into executive talent willing to redirect their skills and donate their time.

In line with Cadence Partners' commitment to social purpose, social justice, social equality and the well-being of our community, the focus was on charities for (or led by) Black, Asian and Minoritised Ethnic communities (BAME) who had been disproportionately affected.

The name we gave to our initiative is RE:PURPOSE; you can find out more about some of the organisations we've already supported by clicking on the logos below.

Following a successful launch in 2020, we are scaling up our activity in 2021. In consequence, we are investing in new systems to ensure that both volunteers and charities get the best out of the service. This means we have to pause recruitment of volunteers and charities.
